The challenge
Marketing that respects privacy is no longer optional. For large companies present in many countries, the hard part is not collecting data. It is collecting the right data, in a compliant way, across markets, languages, platforms, user journeys, and legal requirements.
OMRON Healthcare EMEA runs a large ecosystem of country websites. People use them to find products such as blood pressure monitors, ECG devices, pain relief products, digital scales, and thermometers. The measurement setup had to keep up with that footprint.
A central Google Tag Manager setup, limits from browsers, cookies, ad blockers, iOS tracking prevention, and uneven market requirements were leaving gaps in measurement. Attribution was less reliable. The picture of the user journey was incomplete. OMRON needed a stronger data foundation, with privacy first.

What we built
We designed and shipped a modern measurement and compliance framework around three pillars. For digital compliance we used iubenda. For server-side tracking we used Stape.
The impact
Beyond the technical work, OMRON gained a clearer picture of regional product demand, customer intent, marketplace referrals, store locator usage, and the moments when online research turns into offline purchase consideration.
For a healthcare company operating across many countries, that picture supports better media planning, product priority, market decisions, compliance governance, and customer experience.
