Management and employees recognise the importance of information security and effective information security governance, and embed information security within the corporate culture, so that the Company is a trusted business for all stakeholders.
The HELLENIC TECHNOLOGIES Security Policy confirms that:
- All information used in the Company's operations is recognised as a significant asset, and activities involving security-related information are handled and managed appropriately. This includes client and staff information, confidential information relating to projects, production, sales and marketing, products, technology, software development, know-how, suppliers and partners, as well as all types of information systems that store and use such information.
- The established information security policy recognises the responsibilities and duties associated with the protection and control of information assets.
- Risks related to information security are assessed and managed, demonstrating the continuous improvement of the information security management system and stakeholder confidence in the Company's operational continuity.
- Ongoing employee education and training has been embedded in the company culture, ensuring a high level of knowledge and capability across the team.
- Systematic legal monitoring ensures compliance with the laws, agreements, and regulations relevant to the information security management system.
- The system is continuously reviewed, maintained, and improved by Management.
