WCAG 2.2

Accessibility statement for this website.

This statement covers hellenictechnologies.com in Greek and English. The target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the technical measure in EN 301 549.

Statement date: 26 August 2026

Who is responsible

Hellenic Technologies S.A., 64 L. Riankour, 115 23 Athens, Greece. Commercial Registry 069262803000. VAT EL999206936.

Accessibility contact: DPO Zesse Tsiaflakis, [email protected], phone (+30) 210 729 2984. The same channels accept an oral request.

Scope of this statement

It covers the public website https://hellenictechnologies.com, including /en. It does not cover client logins in third-party tools, the OmniAI inbox, or customer websites we host or build for others.

Standard and legal frame

Technical standard: WCAG 2.2 Level AA and EN 301 549. That is the measure in Directive (EU) 2019/882 for services in the European Accessibility Act.

This website is mainly B2B information. It has no consumer cart or checkout. Where a service we sell falls under 2019/882, we keep the same bar on this website too.

Conformance status

Partial conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We do not claim full conformance before an independent review with keyboard, screen reader, and automated tools is complete.

We do not use an accessibility overlay. iubenda offers such a widget with AccessiWay. We have not enabled it. We use iubenda only for cookies, privacy, and terms.

How the service meets the requirements

Accessibility is built into the website markup, not painted on as a second layer.

  • A skip-to-content link at the start of every page
  • One main content landmark per page
  • A visible focus ring on interactive controls
  • Language switching that keeps the page
  • Respect for reduced motion
  • Alt text on images that carry meaning
  • Greek as the default language and English at /en

Content that is not accessible yet

The items below stay open. We do not claim disproportionate burden. We fix them in the website itself.

  • The Calendly booking popup, a third-party system we do not fully control
  • The iubenda consent banner, a third-party system
  • hellenicAI, a complex chat surface still being tested with keyboard and screen reader
  • Older case-study media, where alt text may still be thin
  • An independent audit that is not finished yet

Alternatives

If a page or a third-party window fails, write or call. We give you the same information by email, phone, or a meeting. The Athens office is on the 6th floor of Apollo Tower. If you need help getting in, say so before the visit.

Assessment method

Self-assessment by Hellenic Technologies on 26 August 2026, against the live markup. No external third-party audit has been completed yet.

This statement is updated when the website changes in a material way or when a review closes. Next planned review: February 2027. We keep a copy of each version for as long as the website is in operation.

How to tell us

If something fails with a keyboard, screen reader, zoom, or voice control, write to the DPO, Zesse Tsiaflakis, at [email protected]. Include the page URL, the software you use, and what blocked you.

We reply within 15 working days. If a fix needs more time, we tell you when it will be ready.

Enforcement

If you do not get a reply in that time, or the reply does not remove the barrier, you can contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman, 144 Alexandras Avenue, 114 71 Athens, https://www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr, tel. 1520.

For services in scope of Directive (EU) 2019/882, market surveillance in Greece sits with the Ministry of Development. You can also file a complaint there if your request concerns such a service.
