How we handle your report
What protects your report
Retaliation is prohibited
Dismissal, demotion, a change of duties, ending a contract, or any other detrimental treatment because of a report is prohibited by law. The protection also covers anyone who helps with the report.
Minimal data
We ask only for what is needed to assess the case. Identity fields are optional and are not disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We keep the report for as long as the assessment runs and for as long as the law requires, then we delete it. You can ask what data we hold about you through the data rights form.
External channel
The internal channel does not tie your hands. You can also go to the Greek National Transparency Authority, especially if the report concerns the Data Protection Officer.
