Case Study
From scattered tools to a website that closes bookings on its own
We built the Miles Rent a Car solution so car rental companies can take online bookings on their own website and pass them into Wheelsys without retyping every reservation.
Miles Rent a Car / Car rental
- Car rental website
- Online bookings
- Wheelsys connection
- WordPress
- SEO / AEO
The challenge
Travellers search on their phone a few days before they land, with several car rental companies open at once. If the price, the availability and the terms are not obvious, they book elsewhere.
In most car rental businesses the website ran separately from the counter system. Prices were updated by hand, every booking was retyped by staff, customers called even to move a pickup by an hour, and much of the volume came through platforms that kept a commission.
What was missing was a solution that finished the booking under the company’s own brand and wrote the data into Wheelsys without a second entry.
What we built
A WordPress website with a complete booking path and an approved connection to the Wheelsys APIs, ready to adapt to each brand.
The result
Miles Rent a Car became the proven starting point for local island car rental companies and for brands with national reach. Avance Rent a Car and Volta4u are two of the projects where the same booking logic took a different design and identity.
Where Wheelsys is in place, the counter stops retyping bookings. Where it is not, vehicles, stations, prices and the calendar run inside WordPress with the same experience for the customer.
This case study shows how we treat car rental: not as another brochure website, but as a booking channel tied to how the counter actually works.
If your business wants the same model under its own brand, the Rentals service page explains exactly what we deliver, how long it takes and which connection options you have.
