That really depends on the scope of your project, the complexity behind it, your response time and many other factors when it comes to custom development. But usually it is around 3 – 12 months for most cases. 

All that’s required is a two-year commitment, with the option to renew upon expiration, for uninterrupted website operation and related services. Plus, after completing a four-year commitment, you are entitled to a design change at no extra cost, keeping your online presence fresh and up-to-date.

Managing the complexities of hosting, security, maintenance, and performance optimization can be stressful. ‘Site as You Go: Mammoth eliminates this stress by incorporating these services into your chosen package, offering you peace of mind and a truly relaxed experience.

Immediately after your website goes live, our comprehensive post-launch services kick in. These include hosting, ongoing maintenance, daily backups, strict security measures, performance optimizations, and dedicated account management.

For services beyond the ‘Site as You Go: Mammoth’ package, you can communicate with your account manager. You’ll promptly receive a customized quote and estimated delivery time. The standard charge for such services is 70€/hour.

Good News! If you opt for a two-year commitment to our “Site as You Go: Mammoth” plan, the initial development costs of your website will be on us! Depending on your subscription level, you can save as follows:

• Level 1 Mammoth Light: €25000 development credit
• Level 2 Mammoth Smart: €35000 development credit
• Level 3 Mammoth Wise: €45000 development credit

 Please Note: Should you decide to cancel before the two-year period ends, you’ll need to cover the unfulfilled development credit. For example, if you’re at Level 2 and cancel in month 12, a €17500 exit fee will apply which is the remaining 50% for the second year.

Regarding the fantastic work created by HT, here’s the deal: You have the freedom to use our work as long as you abide by the two year contract. However, it’s important to note that since this is a SAAS (Software as a Service) model, if you decide to terminate your subscription with us, your license will be revoked. Consequently, you won’t receive any further theme updates or new features. Additionally, all third-party services included in the all-inclusive package will also cease. Furthermore, it’s essential to understand that without an active subscription, your theme may become sluggish, buggy, or outdated over time. Unfortunately, at that point we won’t be able to provide support or maintenance services, as this is a bundled SAAS deal.

So, you’re thinking about venturing out on your own? Totally get it! Just remember, we won’t be able to guide you through the transfer process. And once you do set sail, we can’t be your lifeboat for any bumps or glitches that come up. You’re the captain now!

Change of heart? You’re free to cancel your subscription whenever you like. But heads-up: no refunds after the service kicks off. The only exception? If we haven’t lifted a finger, then we can talk about refunds.

Paying is a breeze—either through our website or by responding to an electronic quote using payment systems like Stripe. Just keep in mind, your subscription keeps rolling as we build your dream site.

Hey, we get it—life happens! But here’s the deal: if delays or issues pop up because content or other needed elements are stuck on your end, our hands are tied in terms of responsibility. So, let’s work together to keep things on track, shall we?

Got all your content bundled up and ready to go? Awesome! We promise to get it up and running on your website within 30 working days from when we get it. But, heads up: if the content isn’t up to spec, we might need a bit more time. We’ll keep you posted!

Feeling fancy and want to level up your subscription? Or maybe you want to dial it down a notch? You got it! You can switch between subscription tiers during your agreement. Upgrading? You’ll need to pay the difference between your current and new tier, and the change kicks in at the end of your current billing cycle. Existing terms remain unchanged. Going down? Just make sure you’ve completed at least one annual cycle with your current plan before you downgrade.

After you’ve been with us for the minimum contract period of two years, you get access to the servers hosting ‘Site as you GO’. Up till then, we’ve got your back on server maintenance and performance. But once you’ve got the keys, the server’s your responsibility. We’ll step back and let you take the wheel.

We reserve the right to tweak, add or remove any third-party services included in your ‘Site as you GO’ package, as long as it doesn’t hurt your wallet. If a change requires you to pay more, we won’t proceed without your written go-ahead. Just to be clear, we can’t take responsibility for the performance or issues with third-party services; that’s outta our control!
