While we strive to meet your customization needs, some requests may exceed the theme’s scope. Hence, we recommend tailoring your brand guidelines and content to fit within the structural limits of your selected theme for a seamless and straightforward experience. If this term is violated despite client insistence, the company bears no responsibility for any future malfunctions.

All that’s required is a two-year commitment, with the option to renew upon expiration, for uninterrupted website operation and related services. Plus, after completing a four-year commitment, you are entitled to a theme change at no extra cost, keeping your online presence fresh and up-to-date.

Our WordPress experts will install and set up your selected theme on your domain or a trial link within 14 business days without your content.

Once you approve the final version of your website, our experts will carry out detailed quality assessments and coordinate with you to determine a launch date.

Immediately after your website goes live, our comprehensive post-launch services kick in. These include hosting, ongoing maintenance, daily backups, strict security measures, performance optimizations, and dedicated account management.

For services beyond the ‘Site as You Go’ package, you can communicate with your account manager. You’ll promptly receive a customized quote and estimated delivery time. The standard charge for such services is 70€/hour.

Good News! If you opt for a two-year commitment to our “Site as You Go: Falcon” plan, the initial development costs of your website will be on us! Depending on your subscription level, you can save as follows:

• Level 1: Save €1,500 
• Level 2: €2,500 development credit 
• Level 3: €3,000 development credit 
• Level 4: €3,500 development credit 

Please Note: Should you decide to cancel before the two-year period ends, you’ll need to cover the unfulfilled development credit. For example, if you’re at Level 2 and cancel in month 12, a €1,250 exit fee will apply.

Hey, we try our best, but we can’t control everything. So, just so you know, we can’t take the blame for things like lost data or your site taking a nap (read: going down) if it’s out of our hands.

All those awesome themes we use? They belong to the artists who made them, not us or you, thats why the theme authors provide a license, so you can use their work. But don’t worry, all the unique stuff we make just for you stays yours, as long as we’re all square on the bills.

Once the two-year honeymoon phase is over, you’re free to take your site and explore other options. Just keep in mind, some of the extra goodies we provided might not transfer over. And no hard feelings, but we can’t help with moving your stuff to a new place or be responsible for what happens afterward.

Life happens! If you need to bail before our two-year anniversary, we’ll have to sort out the remaining development credits. Like, if you’re a Falcon Smart fan and call it quits in month 12, there’d be a 1250€ parting gift to take care of.

Change of heart? You’re free to cancel your subscription whenever you like. But heads-up: no refunds after the service kicks off. The only exception? Got all your content bundled up and ready to go? Awesome! We promise to get it up and running on your website within 30 working days from when we get it. But, heads up: if the content isn’t up to spec, we might need a bit more time. We’ll keep you posted!

Feeling fancy and want to level up your subscription? Or maybe you want to dial it down a notch? You got it! You can switch between subscription tiers during your agreement. Upgrading? You’ll need to pay the difference between your current and new tier, and the change kicks in at the end of your current billing cycle. Existing terms remain unchanged. Going down? Just make sure you’ve completed at least one annual cycle with your current plan before you downgrade.

Bored of your current look and wanna switch things up? Sure thing! You’re free to change your template after four years. But here’s the kicker: choosing a new template automatically renews your minimum contract duration for an additional two years.

After you’ve been with us for the minimum contract period of two years, you get access to the servers hosting ‘Site as you GO’. Up till then, we’ve got your back on server maintenance and performance. But once you’ve got the keys, the server’s your responsibility. We’ll step back and let you take the wheel.

We reserve the right to tweak, add or remove any third-party services included in your ‘Site as you GO’ package, as long as it doesn’t hurt your wallet. If a change requires you to pay more, we won’t proceed without your written go-ahead. Just to be clear, we can’t take responsibility for the performance or issues with third-party services; that’s outta our control!
