Before implementing any changes, we’ll send a detailed written notification outlining the necessary modifications. If clients choose to have these changes implemented by us, please note that the work will exclusively be performed in WordPress environments and will be charged at a rate of €70 per hour.

We’re also dedicated to conducting Off-Page SEO activities. This can encompass the creation of high-quality external links (backlinks), promoting the website through social media, crafting and submitting content to external sites, and various techniques to boost the client’s online presence. While we strive to ensure the quality of backlinks, we cannot be held responsible if a backlink is removed from an external site in the future. In such scenarios, we’ll make every effort to replace the backlink or place a new one on a different site without any additional cost to the client.

Traffic Hellenic Technologies is committed to making every effort to enhance the organic traffic of the client’s website. While we strive for optimal results, we cannot provide guarantees since we don’t have access to Google’s source code, and our approach is empirical. Goals we aim for include, but aren’t limited to:

• Achieving top five organic search results for predefined keywords, subject to prior agreement between both parties.
• A significant increase (>8%) in overall organic website traffic.
• Boosting revenue for e-commerce sites. These objectives will be mutually agreed upon in advance and will be the topic of discussion and evaluation between both parties.

Hellenic Technologies expressly states that we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, like on Google. Search engine algorithms are constantly evolving, and while our tactics are based on years of experience, due to these ongoing changes, we cannot predict or guarantee specific ranking results.

Clients must provide our team with access to relevant data and analytical tools (like Google Analytics and Google Search Console) related to their website. This allows us to analyze performance and make improvements based on the data.

Our company agrees to execute all SEO services in accordance with widely accepted industry standards and best practices. We also adhere to guidelines set by search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo.

Hellenic Technologies reserves the right to utilize third-party tools and services to fulfill our SEO obligations. This might include, but isn’t limited to, keyword research tools, analytics software, and link-building platforms.

We hold no responsibility for any fluctuations in website ranking, penalties, or traffic loss that might arise from changes or updates to search engine algorithms, ranking systems, or guidelines.

Clients have the right to upgrade or downgrade their service level, providing a written notice at least thirty (30) days before the desired change date. In case of a downgrade, we are not responsible for potential impacts on SEO results or other measurable metrics that could be affected due to the downgrade.

We at Hellenic Technologies value our relationship with you! Remember, either you or we can end our contract by giving a written notice at least thirty (30) days before the end date. Our SEO services contract is annual and renews automatically each year. If you decide to discontinue, just let us know in writing according to the terms mentioned. If the contract is ended prematurely before a year, a small termination fee of €500 will apply. We’re always here to discuss your needs and assist in any way 

We are not responsible for any losses or ranking fluctuations if these arise from the client not adhering to our guidelines or recommendations. This includes scenarios like the client’s collaboration with other SEO companies, any website errors or issues, and any interventions or actions taken by the client without our consultation or approval.

Clients acknowledge and agree that our ‘SEO as you GO: Vikings’ service is a subscription-based model designed for their convenience and time-saving. This subscription is payable monthly or annually with potential additional discounts available, either through our website or via an electronic offer using payment systems like Stripe. Clients must also acknowledge that for SEO actions to commence, the subscription should be active.
