Visit Themeforest.net and pick a WordPress or Woocommerce theme that you like. In case you need help deciding what themes best suit your business, feel free to contact us anytime for a free consultation.

Purchase the theme and provide us access to themeforest or send us the zipped template to [email protected]along with the theme license. Once we receive the theme you will be assigned an account manager who will try to reach you via email or phone to discuss and receive the brief of the project.

Hellenic Technologies’ team of WordPress experts will install and configure your selected theme and deliver a professional, fully functional website within 14 business days on your domain or to a demo link — exactly as you saw it on Themeforest Live Preview.

Once the theme is installed and configured on your new server, our developers & designers will start customizing all aspects of your new website based on your brief and preferences that you have communicated to your dedicated account manager.

If you are happy with the end result our WordPress experts will prepare to launch your new website, after they do all the necessary quality checks. Note, that you must own a domain and be able to provide access to us or update the DNS records yourself.
What do the plans cover

All plans cover up to 10 hours of data entry and theme customization based on the settings that the theme provides and the customizations the client requests, free of charge.
If 10 development hours are exceeded by additional requests from the client, then additional hours must be pre-purchased in which case you will be notified prior by your dedicated account manager. Each additional development hour is at the rate of 70€/hour.

All plans cover up to 5 hours of product import for Woocommerce websites as long as the client sends an excel file according to the specs the agency requests in order to mass import all products. If 5 import hours are exceeded due to a large number of products and variations to the excel file provided by the client, then additional hours must be pre-purchased in which case you will be notified prior by your dedicated account manager. Each additional import hour is at the rate of 70€/hour.

All plans cover up to 5 hours of design services, where our creative designers can design the banners and the overall look & feeling of your new theme, free of charge. If 5 design hours are exceeded by additional requests from the client, then additional hours must be pre-purchased in which case you will be notified prior by your dedicated account manager. Each additional design hour is at the rate of 70€/hour.

All plans cover up to 3 hours of SEO services, where our search engine experts besides installing and configuring Yoast, they will also optimize the meta titles and description for up to 5 pages, free of charge. If 3 SEO hours are exceeded by additional requests from the client, then additional hours must be pre-purchased in which case you will be notified prior by your dedicated account manager. Each additional SEO hour is at the rate of 70€/hour.
What are the policies
Minimum commitment is 12 months for all plans. If you do not wish to continue before your year ends on our all inclusive website services, you can cancel your subscription and request a zip file of your website. Note however, we will not issue a refund for the remaining months since you received a bundle price for many services which have been prepaid on your behalf including our work.
If you are unhappy for any reason with our all inclusive services during the period of your first 12 month stay, you can request a zip file of your website at any point and terminate your service. However note that you will not be reimbursed or refunded for the months that you did not use.
Refunds will not be accepted if the theme is installed and configured by our experts on our servers.
You are eligible for a refund before you send to our experts the themeforest template.
All plans renew automatically after 12 months of your subscription. Remember the cost of the plans cover the monthly website maintenance, hosting, security, performance, account management and support hours at a bulk discounted price.
All website content must be provided by the client. The delivery of the content affects the launch of the website and the agency can not be held responsible for delays. In case it’s hard for you to do the content due to lack of time or knowhow our agency also offers copywriting services by senior copywriters. Please consult with your account manager.
