Senior WordPress Developer

Applicants should have extensive WordPress and Woocommerce experience with skills in creating and maintaining PHP code. We will be relying on this individual’s expertise to recommend improvements/strategies to help us enhance our sites and web applications as we move into the future. This is a Senior level position.

  • BA / BS or University Degree in Marketing / Web Marketing

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent knowledge in PHP, Javascript, CSS, HTML, MySQL
  • Excellent knowledge with API’s, especially Google
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • WordPress plugin management and development
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience with WordPress development and maintenance (minimum 5 years)
  • Drive to learn and move beyond current skill set. (Learning new technology is a fundamental part of this position)
  • Ability to mentor and teach team members
  • Ability to focus and keep organized
  • Great work ethic and attitude
  • Server management (Migrations / email troubleshooting / SSH)
  • Team player
  • Experience with modern Javascript Frameworks
